The brief for the Annual Report was to produce a report with clear investor-focused messaging, enhanced disclosure, and a design that positioned Hammerson as best-in-class. I set out to craft a cohesive, end-to-end narrative that brought their market strength and competitive insights to life through purposeful storytelling and refined creativity. 


Central to this project was a refreshed brand aesthetic that I developed to modernise and elevate the Hammerson visual identity, an approach that extended well beyond the Annual Report itself, forming the foundation for a suite of subsequent communications including the ESG Report, social assets, and an investor presentation deck. The result was a strongly cohesive body of work that was very positively received.

ESG Report

For Hammerson, I designed their ESG report by drawing on the refreshed brand aesthetic I had developed for their Annual Report, creating a cohesive visual identity across both publications. The design was thoughtfully adapted to accommodate the unique demands of sustainability reporting — integrating data-led storytelling, infographics, and case studies in a way that felt both on-brand and purposefully distinct, giving the ESG narrative the visual weight and clarity it deserved.

Destination Brochures

Following the success of the report suite, I was commissioned to extend my work with Hammerson into a series of marketing ‘Destination’ brochures for their key assets. While distinct from the overarching Hammerson brand, the brochures demanded the same level of dynamic, considered design, with a flexible visual framework adaptable across the full series.
